the new ep by harmonious thelonious called ting tong ep is ready to be released. its the second record on asafa. this time its getting melodious, especially on track one and four. almost a bit like holger czukays genious song called persian love but without the short waves. the track a.o. seems to play in the jungle (its a street jungle in whereever) and profaner tanz starts with a noise pad and ends with repetitive guitars.

nice price deal !!! real name dan griober, dan habarnam has been active since the 90s, doing production for romanian pop artists while also working on his own projects. his solo catalog is pretty slim, with just a few appearances on drum & bass labels like santorin and subtle audio, but from the known is clearly the work of an experienced artist: though loosely anchored in techno, ambient and bass music, its stylistically open-ended, and produced with an audiophiles attention to detail. according to the label, groibers meticulousness extended to the mastering process as well (the cd, for instance, was recorded direct from the vinyl to achieve that special analog feel)

i know u combines tribal rhythms, pounding bass, insistent synth stabs, some distressed dialogue and a insanely large crash in the most maniacal way imaginable for what has to be one of the most devastating and original tunes for a very long time. sparse and spacious but yet rhythmical and energetic, lxc manages the ultimate arrangement balancing act here. the intensity increases gradually as the track progresses, culminating in an all-out tribal war ! a modern day jungle masterpiece from one of the most under-estimated producers around. on the flip, senses finally unleashes a track that decimated the very first technicality all-nighter back in 2004. 8 years later and that power is still very much in evidence! everybody want go heaven. nobody want dead – taking influence from the 1990 film marked for death, senses builds a dense vibe here, thick with imminent danger. rolling drums soon give way to a energetic ride-heavy break and pounding sub-bass hits. drum rolls drop and mentasms screech before the storm begins to subside half way through. the respite is brief however and after a complete silence the track reassembles, beginning with some insane slow to fast mentasm pitching which continues as a dark, slick reece begins to build with mysterious atmospherics. the tension is cut by the return of the drums – rolling along at first, before the mentasms and subs hit hard again, signaling a percussive onslaught! jungle just got catapulted into 2012.

following a busy year of stylistically varied releases under various guises on his own magic + dreams label, ralph cumbers delivers his first long-player for punch drunk. with a title lifted from the lysergic prose of a brian aldiss novel and grooves informed by the loopier, more martian aspects of chi-town jack and detroit techno-soul, >reeling skullways< marks a subtle, but highly alluring development in the evolution of cumbers primary recording project. long-term bass clef fans may be surprised by the lack of samples on this album, and in many ways it follows a similar creative process to his recent work as some truths, with most rhythms and textures sculpted from the raw, elemental waveforms of modular analogue synthesis. but with tighter editing, contagious melodies and perfectly positioned drum patterns, the end results reveal bass clef simultaneously at his most stripped-back, focused, playful, complicated, emotional and irresistibly groovy. unfettered by fashionable production tricks, imbued with a timeless machine-soul heart, >reeling skullways< is one of those albums you will be reaching for again and again.

maelstrom could be mistaken for the newest kid on the scene, coming out of nowhere and dropping releases on prestigious labels like dirtybird and bnr trax in less than one year, but in reality he is far from being a kid, as a matter of fact he is more of a daddy. and i mean this more in a having a child way than in a >i m house musics daddy and i m gonna make her my bitch< way, except the latter is exactly what he is about to do with his new ussr ep on sound pellegrino.

march sees the formidable hypercolour deliver its most surprising output yet, an ep from none other than groove armada. tom findlay and andy cato need little introduction as groove armada. chart smashes, huge live tours and being part of the worldwide electronic music history aside, the duo have never lost touch with their acid house roots and have continued to be devoted to record buying, djing and the much maligned promo trawl. tom and andy have been avid followers of the label it seemed, since its inception. it was through label head jamie, meeting the guys back in 2010 at space in ibiza, and then continued communication via hypercolour promos, that led to an out-of-the-blue email requesting an informal hook up in east london and, within just a few days, a release was scheduled. that release is the >no knock ep<, four tracks that range from 808 fuelled old school cuts to low slung, moog-bassd electronic funk. each sound is lovingly crafted but there is an analog rawness throughout and every track has the sort of tweaked, off-kilter and occasionally awkward vibe that hypercolour do so well. it just takes a bit of imagination to guess what a ga release on hypercolour should sound but failing that, just check the release out as it wont disappoint.

its been a while since we have seen a release from dfrnt for on the edge, but im proud to announce, the wait is finally over! this ep provides us with an abundance of different flavours, but still retains the genius sound that is dfrnt at the very core of every tune. let me first draw to your attention to >the big freeze<. its a drum and bass track that has been moulded like a true pro. it sounds like dfrnt has been producing d+b for a long time with the finishes on this track, but believe its one of his earlier efforts. its a refreshing bpm for his take on electronic music and hope to hear more of the same from dfrnt soon. then dfrnt shows us what he is all about when he goes all out 4x4. a dirty, gritty techno roller (with a skip) that will blow your socks off! love the production on this one. then we have >monday morning<. this does exactly what it says on the tin, just the type of tune you need to bring you down after a heavy weekend. as though that wasnt enough, there is a 170 remix from man of the moment, indigo! support comes from: hatti vatti, synkro, versa, mary ann hobbs, kissy sell out, fused forces, loxy, dj rum, 501 and truth to name a few.

sure thing, as the labels releasing vinyl in ukraine can be easily counted on the fingers of one hand. most of them have already fallen into oblivion having yielded to economic realia, but for art reform records it is just the beginning.
the evidence to which is the release from the main project ideologist, kiev resident joss. well-known for his devotion to vinyl and club rhythms joss has fully embodied himself in his debut plate artreform.

catalogue number ten at uncanny valley and for this occasion the dresden based label returns to its roots with another various artists ep. actually, this is long overdue since there are a lot more talented producers to find in the elbe valley. on uncanny valley 010 we present four of them. sandrow m who focussed on the c-beams project recently has been part of the label right from the start. with “the three trees” he makes his solo debut for uncanny valley. the track is a summery house tune that shines with garage vocals and warm synth pads. steve kasper is slowing it down with unvexed dub which is an immersed house excursion for the morning hours. on the flipside scherbes kill bills stumbles but does not fall. instead, the track lives from tottering interaction between bright percussions and fractious drones below. finally, its jacob stoy who closes the record with s51, a dreamy deep house study including heavenly pads and subtle drum programming. for the artwork we are very glad to welcome back paul waak and his colourful figures that gave the first four compilations their unique look!

leskin, massimo di lena, joseph russel and rio padice (aka the early sound collective) deliver four outstanding deep & raw house/techno cuts. of course, shitloads of records come out these days that fit the deep & raw house description, but this stuff just goes beyond. without falling back into cliche, their characteristic use of analog equipment takes you right back into the early days of hypnotic, raw & soulful machine music competing with the detroit/chicago cats from back in the day.

moon harbour artist chris lattner joins up with karina junker for his perhaps last original track. >so he finally called?< rolls with a deep flow and melodic sound bites to the floor, while karina speaks with an incredibly sexy timbre. fabian reichelt & raycoux jr. & stefan barth - whether as driving, clubbing tech house, atmospheric deephouse dub or fabians slow down elektronika remix - by piano and voice all obsirnth variations get obtained in their own distinctive touch. latest news of raycoux&barth, the guys did it again with their new release >swing it like<. combined with / coupled with short vocal parts the catchy maintheme whips to the front. suitable for the dance floor from first kick until last hi-hat. with >deep flower<, pascal augner aka beatamines supplies a friendly tech house track that already divines the open air spirit. after his album on damm records, the erfurt guy is back on polar-rec to live out his deeper side. completly new is max nippert a young talent from gera. last year he earned a lot of respect at berlins club kater holzig with his energetic dj-sets. his first release is a bulky but atmospheric techno track.

there are those records you like working on and then there are those records you love working on... this is one of those records we loved! we could not be more excited to welcome back to the camp, the beautiful, amazingly talented tamara wellons. along side her again on this journey at the helm is one of our favorite producers anto vitale that co writes and produces this project. the first time we laid ears on this single we knew what was in store for it, time to bring in the gang to put everyone to work and that we just did for this one. on the remix duties is the man in charge of the soulful movement dj spinna that gives us his signature deep vibes. if that was not enough we welcome back jose carretas that just murders his remix with just enough bounce for the clubs but keeps true to the deep house movement.next up is our good friend jonny montana that never strays from the true elements of deep house and gives us a mix that will be played for years to come with his timeless production. as we always say sit back relax and play this one loud!

the title track on tychos long-awaited dive lp is just that — a ripple effect record that sounds like three songs in one, as if sound/graphic designer scott hansen just discovered progrock and decided to apply its winding passages to his own singular blend of sinewy synths and bleached beats. its also the first tycho song to feature a prominent guest musician, guitarist zac brown, in this case, who paints outside the lines of hansens halcyon hooks with restless rhythms and monorail-like riffs. the >dive< single fleshes things out even further, as keep shelly in athens and memoryhouse — both rising underground artists in their own right — cut hansens cloud-scraping composition in half and slow his cruise control chords down to a crawl. the misty vocal melodies are still there, but they are now floating through an embryonic assembly of jittery cicadas, rusty gears, and lean loops that are both welcoming and a bit woozy. the sonic equivalent of staring at the sun for too long, really, or two sides of the same cracked mirror.

in 2006, hip-hop was turned on its head by the arrival of chicagos kenny dennis, a proudly married, mustachioed and middle-aged rapper repping no-nonsense lyrics and a salt-of-the-earth swagger. this unlikely hero delivered a handful of classics via the album, dennehy, and then disappeared. but in 2011, kennys cult of fans were given a gift: the long-lost 1993 lp theres a situation on the homefront from his theretofore unheard boom-bap crew tha grimm teachaz. (kenny was then known as kdz, tha killa deacon. the group was briefly signed to jive records.) as it turned out, that gift was twofold. inspired by the anticon-backed release of that unearthed gem, kenny has teamed up with producers jel and odd nosdam to make a brand new record, a reintroduction of sorts, dubbed the kenny dennis ep.

we are happy to report, after a short hiatus ray mang and his incomparable mangled label are back! his recent disco deviance release was more than enough to remind everyone what they d been missing, but here we have a fresh new mangled release - filled to brim with rays unique take on lost classics.
mangled has been a benchmark for quality edits since the late 90s, and with renewed interest in dance musics heritage, ray has found himself back at the forefront of a scene he was instrumental in forming. having been behind a plethora of releases on cult nu-disco labels like noid, fiasco, u star, nuphonic, eskimo etc etc over the years he has cemented his reputation as an amazing producer in his own right as well a studio engineer extraordinaire for the likes of the idjut boys, glimmers & many more.

irish live act / release duo lakker join the blueprint label with their first release. slick shake inspired techno and electronic tracks. irish lads ian mc donnell and dara smith have been recording for some time as lakker with a number of releases for the likes lazybird, alphabet set, acroplane and most notably killekill. here we proudly present their first blueprint record in the form of the arc e.p. a superb mix of bass driven techno and electronica across the four tracks here but the office fave has to be a2s super-shuffling piano track -ed- which reminds very much of mid-period anthony shake shakir material from days long gone.

following her flowerhead single which was backed with a hugely successful spencer parker remix, swedens la fleur returns to her own fledgling power plant imprint for it s third release, eavesdropper. strong, melodic and timeless house music paired with stunning artwork, power plants remit is a simple but attractive one. the beautiful images of olaf hajek, wilfried pordiech sätty and now hans arnold provide a striking outer to a core that, in just two releases, is already essential for many a house fan. former dancer sanna la fleur, label boss and the artist in question for the label s third 12 inch, employs a variety of sunny major key chords and whispering female vocals on title cut >eavesdropper< to great ends. spacious and gentle yet undeniably propulsive >eavesdropper< is an infectious skipping groove with a strikingly beautiful feel underpinned with nagging bass. the flipside cut tjuvlyssnerskan takes its name from the swedish feminine noun for eavesdropper yet reverses the gender of the vocals of its counterpart. added dusty loops, poignant pianos and another weighty bass create a piece of house that much more than the sum of its parts. the > eavesdropper< is another triumph for the power plant label and la fleur while also being a shining example of how to release records with love and care.

the restless take a remix break! with their formatik 008, format:b presents three artists- each taking on a title of their current album to knit them in their own manner. at the head the berlin buddies pan-pot, shake the a1 with a breeze of rave-charm as usual right out of their sleeve, rocking the track liquid to its climax then glazing the peak with the smooth voice of fran. on b1 dj pp accelerates. gabriel rocha is how hes called in real life, is one of the south-american stars of the scene, delivering an energetic remix of oversexed. last but not least: the winner of the remix-contest in which format:b has listened through a house-high pile of promos is tobi kramer- a young artist of the neighborhood, who has been casted showing his talent by making out of socks and sandals one more time a club-hit.

for the fourth ep on austere, irelands slowburn are welcomed into the fold. having impressed us with releases on uzuri and elektrosouls this ep will not disappoint fans of the label to kick things off we have the the hustle which sounds like something that prescription forgot to release back in the day! next up is broken document which delivers lovely warm analogue chords and pads interlaced with an 808 groove. the b-side starts off with do it using various samples to great effect to culminate in a unique deep house sound. finishing things off in much the same territory is from another angle which again brings the warm chords and pads, but also brings to the table some really delicate synth lines to create a surreal effect.

new to the finale family vincenzo a veteran to the dance music industry he has been a mainstay on dessous, liebe detail, to name a few and here he delivers >you remind me<, detained for the record bags for sure with its deep vibe and its lush programming: ersatile for any dance floor. stuart li aka basic soul unit is also new to finale and here he delivers a floor filler called >depthcharge<, with its deep chords and stabbing synths then a hint of acid and what we have is the ingredients to a peak time masterpiece. last but not least we have mr. joey anderson part of new school deep house masters of new york from the same crew as fred.p, levon vincent, qu, and also part of the underground quality crew run by jus ed. >trapped in motion< brings an underground sound that few can really get across properly. the drums are what gives this track the ammo it needs to provide proper deepness and structure to the dance floor.

bristols elastic dreams present its third release, with label owner a sagittariun taking a back seat on this one and introducing sheffield based dj/producer, nyra, to the fold. hot off the heels of his ep for never learnt, nyra keeps on track with two new cuts of basement techno and deep, murky dancefloor tracks. the release is bolstered by a remix from skudge on lead track >uno 10<. skudge really need no introduction, but to the uninitiated, the swedish duo have been plying their simple, raw yet powerful sound since 2009 with releases and remixes for echocord, drumcode, fear of flying, rush hour and of course their own skudge imprint.

our second vinyl release 2012 introduces a new series, the bias jams, on ilian tape. we start off with a compilation of 4 tracks from japan, serbia, argentina and italy. after some internal investigations we found out that imugem orihasam is not only a japanese shaolin, but also a yoga guru. his bias cut sounds like an instruction for a deep meditation in a forest. we chose a forest, because forests need to be saved. too many black puffs of vapour are killing them at the moment. our late riser regen probably didnt had that a mind, but we declare him to be an environmental activist from now on. now how should we include paper tape in this story … had a look online and found the term perforated paper tape. pretty interesting stuff, it was one of the first methods for data storage. ok are you guys joking? orbital? there is no way to write a good story with those track names. >an atomic orbital is a mathematical function that describes the wave-like behavior of either one electron or a pair of electrons in an atom<. yeah right! well in fact its enough to know that the bias jams series will feature some heavy bomboclaat bias cuts from various artists! cheers

after a short hiatus diamonds and pearls is back with another stunning release by the mysterious eat. >rapture< takes you on a twisted disco journey which slowly but surely turns into a grinding acidic trip. on the b-side he heads for headier tropes, dismissing the 4×4 template for a mesmerizing and moody percussive workout somewhere between monolake and shackleton & pinchs collaboration with the first cut >sand<, before he unleashes the brooding >flux< which sports a nasty modulated squelching bassline and the same off-kilter dubstep-feel. dnp and eat are definitely back – with a bang!

tetine are brazilian artists/musicians bruno verner and eliete mejorado and are stars of sao paulos avant garde music scene - uniting electronic music with brazilian dark sambas, performance art, spoken word, super 8 movies and whatever came into their heads. their musical influences range from bands such as throbbing gristle, peaches, tuxedomoon to kraftwerk, can, but it also incorporates heavily the more experimental side of brazilian musicians such as paulinho da viola, os mutantes, chico buarque or the tropicalists and rio baile funk artists. since 2002 they have lived and worked in london. three years ago they brought baile funk to the uk with their slum dunk radio show and subsequently with slum dunk presents funk carioca album. in 2005 they compiled the sexual life of the savages for soul jazz records - an album of obscure early 80s underground post punk from são paulo. in 2006 tetine played at the opening night of tropicalia - a revolution in brazilian culture - at barbican centre alongside brazilian multi-artist assume vivid astrofocus.

the cl interpretations, based on the sixth melted recordings release cl versions of echtzeit, were firstly divided into two sucessful releases: part 1 and 2. now that more artists of circle of friends of melted have done their own interpretations, a third part was released. this time all tracks were based on the same track three, but now with a wide-spread spectrum of techno – from melodic, deep and dubtech to harder, diffused and current state of the art techno. monomood, known from the melted recordings friended label etui records, starts with his constructive warm and melodic rebuild called 3cl of echo. also aerror is here into deep dubtechno, much different as his last version of part 1. sector varied his track for part 1 into a more deep dub but kicking techno track terminals rmx. bassart, an austrian techno and electro dj, comes a with highly diffused hard techno interpretation – his first vinyl appearance. it is the first techno track (called cotta re-dub) of bons on vinyl, too. he is in the circle of friends and supporter of melted for many years, since the start in 1999.

amplified is back with the second part of the acclaimed disco in distress series. this time whizzkid quell is joining in the action delivering a stunning deep house gemm in glengoyne! lay-far once again shows his talent for deep ‘n slow disco vibes. gimme is the heat. nicholas needs no introduction anymore. after killer singles on 4lux last year and a remarkable series of nu groove takes, he here delivers a very strong and original disco-gospel tune called blessing. last but not least we introduce you to the wonderful world of australian producer sellouts who comes with telling everybody a long and mesmerizing disco nugget. a real headnodder!

2012 is the time for john lord fonda to come back to the light, starting with a huge techno ep >bang the fire!<, including two original tracks bang and >heaven s on fire< both with a minimal techno imprint. this new release is the first extract from his forthcoming album, scheduled for 2012.
>bang< open the tracklisting, a classic john lord fonda track, energetic like always as even if he takes time, he drives us in the end in huge orgasmic breaks, quite intensive…,. then we continue with a kazyo (from teenage bad girl) remix that delivers a dancefloor epileptic killer version. electric rescue is fascinated by the energy of techno music, so he did a very minimal but powerful version.

this latest 12 comes courtesy of phil mison & pete herberts much lauded reverso 68 project. baa boo is exactly the kind of blissfully dreamy groove we have come to expect from this accomplished production duo, musical, melodic and tailormade for sunnier climes. on the flip we have piano 89, pretty self explanatory really, but for the benefit of those not pushing 40, its an old school house jam, drenched in the kind of italo piano hook that used to ignite late 80s dancefloors and is destined to do the same some 20 years on - magical.

generic modification in effect here on this 3 tracker from seasoned producer and remixer travelling incognito, hush-hush and strictly on the q.t. . straight out of east london, pacific rim dubs mix up deep, bumpin house with soul and boogie, rude acid with funk and fidget grooves with pure disco. in a mash-up style, but without the comedy beats and not a whiff of irony in sight, pacific rim dubs vol1 takes a selection of infectious snippets from the soul/ boogie vaults and blends them into proper house floor fillers

room 315 step up to the fledgling kinfolk imprint for three tasty psyche-edit numbers, opener >the eon men< sets the standard with its robust bass pulse driving a slow beat forward on a flurry of digitised synth solo and live guitar action, whilst >night on the shore< begins as a sinister number with lurching bass, but soon opens itself up with its solitary guitar line and floating synth pads which recall the end credits to an 80s thriller, all driven along with minimal 808 percussion. on the flip, edit masters soft rocks provide their own version of >the eon men<, taking the grizzled quality of the original and creating their own minimal wave inspired reworking, with a brittle bassline joined by shady echoes of dub music in its cavernous backdrop and savage low end.

ly sander & michael j. collins join forces to bring you raoul06 via raoul, a deep, soothing ep. no response is a laid back and haunting piece, featuring warm bass and soaring pads. percussion is kept simple here, with the focus on the bass groove and introspective wording. home listening and chill out sessions arent complete without this air-y number. to bring it up a bit, the >deep space orchestra remix< lays a beat and a groove under the track and takes us to galactic depths. a cool energy is spread throughout and saucy percussion takes the levels higher. this is a late night dance track that gives goose bumps. it will certainly help to reconnect senses in the early morning. >russian roulette< displays nice use of delay and relaxed percussion. this hasnt got the boom of techno, but it does have the space-y synths and ambience to bring you up to your feet. when everything is in place, it feels right an afterparty delight.

edits may be dead, but just when your elitist attitude comes to a head and you think you re on top of your game, there will always be someone deeper, faster and still motivated enough to rekindle your digging desires. where blackdisco volume 10 saw the return of lovefingers and nitedog, volume xi pushes forward into new territory (and with a new aesthetic) by welcoming a group of three deep diggers who shun musical trends and their inherent fakers. dea, albion & spacelex combine their vinyl-mining efforts to unearth some real diamonds from the rough. deas cut malaka is a floater with a funky sailboat vibe, while his complimentary cut taubat takes the tired jungle disco vibe to new level with its triumphant synth-led chorus, an absolute stunner that could be extended for 20 minutes. on the flip, albion spoons water over the coals, steaming up the joint with an uptempo percussion bomb as if santana had a disco secret, and spacelex rides us out with a sexy rock groove complete with mysterious male voiceover, almost as if someone lowered the volume to whisper in your ear.

transmissions from the cyber dance imprint have been sporadic since its inception in 2005, but when they arrive they are always something very special indeed. ostensibly one of italo discos great lost producers, we suspect that bandidos gang may well be a nom de plume for one of the labels many associates. whatever their provenance, the tracks certainly sound like vintage italo, with >marinche< leading with a pulsating bass arpeggio and synth horn melody worthy of moroder, whilst the flemming dalum & steen gjerulff remix adds layers of vocoder and a variety of cosmic accents to its sturdy frame. >last train to tucamari< meanwhile takes a more languid approach, pulling in an opposite direction to the speeding train samples, whilst flemming dalum & mike saltas remix adds some guitar licks, hazy synth atmospherics and even a flute solo which just adds to the classic italo feel.

along with massive attack and tricky, portishead was part of the bristol triumvirate that popularized triphop in the early nineties, especially in america. but what made them stand out was their added elements of cool jazz, acid house and soundtrack samples to their slow, elastic beats, creating an atmospheric and seductive sound that appealed to a broad audience. in 1998, when they realized that fans were swapping bootlegs of their live shows like crazy, portishead decided to capture a unique performance.
>roseland nyc< was a one night stand of sorts at the new york city roseland ballroom, where geoff barrow, adrian utley and beth gibbons were joined by the 35-piece new york philharmonic orchestra. these new arrangements gave a new sense of dramatic tension, and in the process they created one of the most breathtaking albums of the genre.

matador is a dublin based dj,live performer and producer who has been releasing his own twisted but organic take on techno for the last four years. late last year came the huge kingswing ep on minus and now this spooks ep sees him step-up once again for a 5 track outing which balances his usual melody with a real techno drive. the title track opens proceedings with predatory, roughshod bass tone running underneath blippy melodies, snappy house influenced percussion and a dark male vocal where kenekt is all out sci-fi weirdness.spiralling space ships, undulating basslines and plenty of well-defined percussion all add up to a snaking track that really works its way under your skin.on the flip,b1 bambam is the most heads down and streamlined techno offering of them all before klay is the ep closer which manages to bend and drip little melodic droplets down the face of slinky hi-hats and deep,rolling basslines.

the magic of classic house music has always lain in the way it finds a soul in the machine, eking warm organic sounds from cold circuitry. and tracks dont come much warmer or more organic than >oranges<, a glorious eight-minute slow-burner thats the second single from wolverhampton producer mark es 2011 release stone breaker. >oranges< is a track that demonstrates how the simplest of ingredients — a quietly insistent four-to-the-floor rhythm, an understated bassline, synth pads that sound like the first intimations of a balearic sunrise — can combine to create something remarkable. anyone who has got the cd/digital release of stone breaker, of course, will know this already — but this release is the first chance to own this track on vinyl, as it was absent from the albums lp release. on the flipside is a remix of >oranges< by mark e himself: the appropriately-named space dub, a lindstrøm-esque reworking that transports the track from the dance floor to some distant orbit, drifting through space on a wash of lambent fuzz-toned synths. as different as they are, both tracks share a sense of both space and intimacy, a mellow charm that is evocative and inclusive. a soul in the machine.

for correspondant 06, we have invited another french producer who comes from paris and calls himself offset. after a series of jazz/funk projects, offset found his calling with electronic music. >gazoline< is the title track and its a straight dance floor burner that crawled under our skin on the first listen. >subversive< is proof that slow can be dark, groovy, powerful, and sexy all at the same time, and >addicted< has a taste of trance just the way we like it, not too much, but just enough.
